Louie started his construction career in 1985 as a laborer on a large apartment complex. He then came to work for Superstition where he honed his trade. While with Superstition, Louie was the lead man on a very successful and productive crew. After his days with Superstition, Louie held positions with several construction companies as a foreman and superintendent. Louie was also a Lieutenant at the Red Rock Correctional Facility, where Superstition Components operates our wall plant. One day, a chance encounter between Vince Palazzolo and Louie while Louie was working as a vocational instructor in the carpentry trade, led to Louie coming aboard as the Plant Manager. The combination of his correctional career and his carpentry skills have made Louie a huge success in his current position.
